Not only is the workmanship of quality, the builders were very personable, easily accessible, responsive and obviously took pride in their work. Having a "hands-on" builder is something not often seen elsewhere. Everyone who has been in my unit has commented on the superior woodworking, painting, landscaping, layout, etc. I also think Ledger was very generous in their selections offered.

It was so nice to see that not everything has to be mass-produced any more. The builders still come over if I call them about something and I have been here for four months.
